Stall holder of the year 2015 In December 2015 I was awarded, Stall Holder of the year by the customers and fellow traders at The Great Little Farmers Market in Worthing	All ingredients are hand chopped No fancy food processors in my kitchen; just a sharp knife and lots of time.	Only the freshest ingredients At Perfectly Preserved I use the freshest, seasonal ingredients available to me locally
Seasonal Caramels Even my salted caramels change with the seasons	Gin & Orange? The only acceptable way to have gin with your breakfast. Interesting flavour combinations are my speciality.
